I have been trying to get my great-grandparents documents out of Italy for several years now and was completely stymied until I used Ann. She was professional, courteous, and got the job done very quickly. I just received them in the mail today. 🙂

Ann has been a pleasure to work with. She is very thorough. She has even gone to Fiuggi for me to research our family and to take photos of where my grandparents were born and the church they were married in. It meant so much to me to see photos of the places they lived. I hope to continue working with her in the future.
