Annoying the Saints – Stories of my Life in Italy

Annoying the Saints: Stories of My Life in Italy by Ann Tatangelo

It’s finally here.  10 years of living in Italy inside an Italian family.  I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed living it.  Although it is not specifically about genealogical research it does touch on the beginnings of my adventure into genealogy.  It is more about the customs and traditions of family life here, including death, dying and cemetery protocol.

  1. I am currently reading your book, and I cannot put it down. It reminds me of when I was a little child and living in Italy. Have been living here in the states and I can see how things never change in Italy. The electricity has to be used minimally. Families still live together and often have arguments over nothing. Unfortunately in this country all these customs get lost as we assimilate with the American culture. Ann keep writing, auguri per in bel libro scritto e auguri a tua nipote Anna. Ciao
